The Nu-Calgon 4720-15 PH-Treat Media Refill is a neutralizing part that treats acidic condensate by raising its pH through a controlled chemical reaction as water passes through the granular bed. It replenishes exhausted media inside refillable neutralization tanks restoring proper acid-neutralizing capacity and ensuring consistent flow treatment before discharge. It is used in HVAC systems such as high-efficiency furnaces, boilers and condensate-producing equipment and it prevent corrosive condensate from reaching drain lines and piping. It is mounted by filling the designated chamber of the neutralizer tank and allowing gravity-fed condensate to pass through the substrate for continuous operation.
