The Nidec-Embraco NEU6212Z1 1/2HP Compressor is used to pressurize and circulate the refrigerant R134A through the refrigeration cycle in HVAC systems. Its main operation is to pump low-pressure vapour out of the evaporator compress it to an elevated pressure, and pump it to the condenser where the heat is rejected in cooling mode. It is 115 V single-phase powered, and it transforms electrical power to mechanical compression. It is fitted in the refrigeration unit of the outside unit and interconnected with the electric and refrigerant circuit.
