Carrier MRA121241-2026 Compressor Overload

The Carrier MRA121241-2026 is a compressor overload protector, this is an essential safety component in Carrier HVAC systems. It protects the compressor which is the central component of air conditioning system from electrical overload and over heating. In the normal working condition, the overload protector is not triggered, if the compressor motor has high current consumption because of a failure or blocked parts, the overload protector will turn off. This interrupts power to the compressor and this can prevent some damage such as burnout arising from consistent overload.
