MOT16198
The Trane MOT16198 is a 1/2-horsepower, single-phase ECM for use in multiple applications in HVAC systems. ECM motors are different from conventional motors that use brushes to operate, and instead, use electronics to control current. This means that the devices are less noisy, more energy efficient and may also last longer than their louder counterparts. The MOT16198 is a Multi-Turn Motor that is designed to be used for 277 V supply voltage and can be used for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz electrical frequency. It stands approximately 14” long and 6.6” high. It has the features of rotation in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction as per the installation direction.
