The Trane MOT14555 is a single-phase, 1/12 horsepower continuous-duty electric motor for many HVAC applications. The apparatus is a permanent split capacitor motor famous for its dependability and durability. It is powered by a normal 230 VAC voltage and runs at 1,075 RPM in a clockwise direction. Because of its small frame size of 48 and TEFC enclosure, the motor is suitable for dusty or unclean situations that are common within HVAC systems. Trane motors are commonly used in blower motors in air handlers, condenser units, and furnaces.
