The Mepco (Dunham Bush) ML9621 1 1/2" Float and Thermostatic Steam Trap controls the removal of condensate in the HVAC systems. It is streamlined and efficient as it releases condensate and air and leaves live steam and has a connection and a 15 PSI rated operating pressure as required by ASME standard 44-515A specifications. It is installed in steam distribution and heating coils and reacts to variations in the level of condensate and temperature and operates with boilers, headers and control valves to avoid waterlogging. It is suitable in commercial and industrial steam heating.
