The Mepco (Dunham Bush) 44-2125 3/4" Float and Thermostatic Trap - H Pattern is a condensate trap for steam and hydronic HVAC systems. It's equipped with thermostatic components so that it releases condensate and stops the loss of steam, which allows the system to be well drained and balanced. It is installed in the condensate return lines of boilers and air handlers as well as heating coils to separate condensate and steam and vent air to ensure effective heat transfer.
