The Bard HVAC 8402-105 7" Limit Control is a temperature safety switch used to monitor internal heat levels within heating equipment. This automatic reset control is installed in compatible furnaces and air handling units, where it responds to elevated temperatures by opening or closing the electrical circuit at its calibrated limit range of approximately 230F cut-out with a 30F differential in HVAC systems.
