How to set the thermostat?

• Select the best thermostat which suits your needs
• Decide whether you want a single-room thermostat or a multi-room thermostat

Method 1:

• Just re-open the app 
• If the loading problem is the same for all applications, then hard resetting is the correct option
• Press the power and home button at the same time for 10 seconds, then release both the buttons
• Hold the power button up until the screen turns on
• Open the app and check the RDS application is working

Method 2:

• Wait for discharging your phone battery
• When the phone is discharged, then charge it
• Start your phone and see. Now, it may work

Method 3:

• Reinstall the app
• Restore complete settings
• Log in 
• Check if the app is correctly working
• If not, then reinstall the older version of the application

Loading error / server error / connection error / Screen Freeze / Ping Problem
