Trane KIT16545 Butterfly Valve Upgrade Kit 5"

The Trane KIT16545 is a complete upgrade kit that is aimed at replacing and enhancing a 5” butterfly valve in the Trane HVAC system. Butterfly valves control the flow of air by means of a disc that is mounted in the valve body. The Trane KIT16545 may contain a new butterfly valve, an actuator, and a linkage. The upgraded valve is made of metal material to ensure its long service time. It is 16.4” in length, 4.7” in height. This upgrade kit has the following benefits a new butterfly valve has a better fit and does not allow air leakage in the HVAC system.
