Step 1: Disconnect power, recover refrigerant safely with better equipment, wear PPE, isolate system.
Step 2: Remove old compressor, note wiring and piping, record orientation.
Step 3: Mount the new compressor on base with vibration isolators secure bolts tighten hardware.
Step 4: Braze suction discharge lines with purge ensure leak-free joints.
Step 5: Connect electrical wiring per diagram and ground ensure proper grounding.
Step 6: Evacuate system, recharge refrigerant, test operation and pressures, check performance.
