Trane HTR3338 3.84kW Heater Rack 240V

The Trane HTR3338 is a 3.84 kW electric heater rack intended for use in certain Trane HVAC equipment only. It works by converting electrical energy to heat – often to warm the unit or a particular zone up. When in use temperatures are quite stable because the rack also gives out heat that is circulated within the HVAC system. It is a 240-volt electric heater rack ideal for use in commercial or industrial buildings where higher voltage is typical and is easily mounted in compatible HVAC systems. Although the scenarios can be concrete the heater racks are generally applied in the additional heating, for example during the defrost cycles for heat pumps or maintaining the comfort in ancillary zones.
