Carrier HC38GR224 Motor ECM 1-Phase 230V 1/3HP 1050 RPM

The Carrier HC38GR224 is an Electronically Commutated Motor and is intended to use in application of HVAC systems. While the operation of the regular fan motors are mechanical, the ECMs still work by utilizing electronic methods and are highly efficient and low noise. This motor is single-phase and uses a power supply of 187 to 254 volts and its speed varies from 700 to 1050 RPM. It has 1/3 HP and can be used for most residential condenser fan requirements. ECMs are more energy efficient than conventional AC motors even when the airflow of the HVAC system is controlled properly.
