Supco SPP6E E-Series Hard Start

The Supco SPP6E E Series Hard Start Capacitor Kit is a 2 wire electronic potential relay/start capacitor combination that assists single phase compressors of HVAC systems in starting under normal conditions. It operates at 170–277 VAC and supports 1/2–3 HP motors with 88–106 MFD capacitor for instant re-starts and voltage sensing to protect compressors from low-voltage scenarios or hard starts. Mechanical relay failures are eliminated by the electronic timing circuit and EPR technology, and the PSC and CSIR type compressors found in air conditioners and refrigeration units can be expected to perform durably. The benefits are reduced compressor strain and increased equipment longevity by providing a torque improvement during startup.
