Resideo DP2040B1002 2-Pole Contactor 40A 120 VAC

The Resideo DP2040B1002 is a 2-pole Economy Definite Purpose Contactor which is used to control electrical circuits in different types of HVAC applications. This particular contactor has a 120 VAC rating and is capable of switching a current of up to 40 amps which makes it useful where high current is required and where reliability of switching is paramount. The contractor has a 1/4” coil connection size and screw type of connection to provide firm and strong wiring. It has a frequency rating of 50/60 Hz and is versatile enough to work with the regular frequencies that are characteristic of HVAC systems. This DPST contactor is a double-pole and single-throw and is capable of working in different climatic conditions and has a life span of -13°F to 158°F. It measures 2.3” height and 3.2” width hence can easily be installed in areas that may be considered small.
