Rheem 62-24164-03 Direct Spark Ignitor

The Rheem 62-24164-03 Direct Spark Ignitor is intended to ignite burners in HVAC systems with the highest precision and with no chances for failure. This ignitor has a Sensor length of 1 1/2” and Lead length of 40” that will enable this ignitor to be used in various places without necessarily having to extend its length. The direct spark ignitor works through producing a spark which is highly charged and is used to ignite the gas in the burner assembly to help combust the gas well. It is suitable for use in occasions such as in the gas furnaces and heating systems where a consistent ignition is mandatory for the smooth running of the system.
