The Rheem-Ruud 62-23556-10 Direct Spark Ignitor is a high-performance part that is used in HVAC systems to assures ignition. This direct spark ignitor has a 90-degree electrode offset and is made from Kanthal material, which is hard wearing and heat resistant. It has a length of 2-3/16 ” from the mounting flange to the ignitor tip and ground electrode offset of 1-1/4 ” for accurate and effective ignition. The spark gap is 5/32 ”, and this assures a well and steady spark. The 62-23556-10 is small in size and easy to fix.
