The Cleveland Controls DFS-221-112 Pressure sensing switch is used in HVAC systems. This has a fixed set point and a barbed fitting that makes it. This switch works based on the change in air pressure in an HVAC system. When the pressure rises to a given level, the switch gives an electric signal which is usually in response to a control action. In a residential furnace, they might be used to measure pressure in combustion chamber.
