Trane COL16259 Evaporator Aluminum Coil Assembly W/Drain Pan

The Trane COL16259 is a critical part for cooling in Trane HVAC system and it has a dimension of 26”. This evaporator coil is the most active component of the air conditioning process. Cool gas flows through the tubes of coils where heat is transferred or used moisture is present in the air surrounding coils. The heat makes the refrigerant evaporate, turning directly into a gas from a liquid. This gas is then transferred to another part of the system where it dumps the absorbed heat to the outside environment. To avoid the accumulation of water from condensation, the drain pan is built-in in the Trane COL16259.
