The Carrier HK61EA006 Circuit Board with Time-Delay Relay is a control part that is used to control timing of blower fan in HVAC systems in used to achieve better comfort and efficiency. It slows the start up of the blowers by several seconds and keeps the fans running up to 90 seconds after the system has been shut down to help move any remaining conditioned air and avoid short cycling.
