Carrier C030-2822P Compressor

Carrier C030-2822P is a scroll compressor and used in many AC and refrigeration systems. It plays the role of moving refrigerant around the system and creating the pressure difference, which gives rise to cooling. The compressor sucks in low-pressure cool refrigerant gas, it then pumps it and directs it towards the condenser where it releases heat. This cycle continues taking the heat out of the conditioned space. This Carrier compressor is a semi-hermetic type which means that it is encased but has a service access point that can be removed. It uses a scroll-type mechanism which is among the most efficient and less noisy mechanisms.
