The Firomatic B300F Globe Fusible Valve is used to provide immediate fuel line shut-off once fire is detected in HVAC systems. Designed with 3/4” NPT(F) X 3/4” NPT(F) 12112. The fusible element included in this valve melts at a certain point, which makes the valve seal cut off fuel supply to a minimum possible to reduce risk of fire. It is better for connecting to oil supply lines in heating systems. The valve can be easily integrated into existing piping systems with its threaded NPT connections, providing safety and an easy installation. Triggered only by extreme heat.
