The Automation Components Inc (ACI) ECMCS25-A Split Core Current Switch senses electrical current passing through a regulated conductor and transmits a corresponding switching signal to the attached control system. Its split-core construction allows the sensor to surround the conductor without requiring removal of the existing wiring, while the sensing circuit responds to current flow in HVAC systems. Installed around the selected electrical conductor, it monitors whether the connected load is operating according to the control application. The resulting switch signal allows compatible controls to verify equipment operation. Current detection supports coordinated monitoring and control of connected electrical loads.
