The Asco Controls EF8215B070 2-Way Normally Closed Gas Solenoid Blocking Valve that regulates and closes the gas flow in commercial HVAC applications and burner systems. It is made to be closed when not in use and open when in use to have complete control of the amount of fuel used. The valve is 1-1/2" NPT equipped and is powered on 120-60/110-50 VAC to fit in with compatible control circuits. This is because its internal solenoid assembly allows it to actuate fast and to control the passage of gas at different demand conditions.
