The Armstrong International D202122 Condensate Cooler is a heat recovery component to cool boiler or steam condensate by exchanging heat with incoming water in the HVAC systems. It is mounted in a mechanical system in which hot water is regurgitated into steam systems and saves the loss of energy by preheating the feed water up to 5 gallons per minute. It is placed close to boiler return loops and connected with the piping, pumps, and control valves. It enhances thermal efficiency and decreases fuel requirement by recovering heat.
