The A.J. Antunes 8563140040 Digital Freezestat is a highly advanced temperature monitoring instrument used for HVAC systems especially air make-up units. This unit runs at 115V and comes with a 20 feet lead wire to allow for easy positioning. It uses a 10K ohm thermistor probe to measure air temperature and the system is turned off if the set temperature is not attained in a given time of 1-10 minutes. This functionality also inhibits freezing up in HVAC equipment’s to get the most of their use and avoid huge losses on damages. The adjustable temperature range which is between 30ºF and 75ºF make it suitable for use in different commercial heating and cooling systems.
