Midco International 8505-94 Flame Rod Wire Assembly

The Midco International 8505-94 Flame Rod Wire Assembly is an electrical connection part that is used to pass the flame sensing signal of the burner flame rod to the control circuit. It operates by high temperature insulated conductor that transfers the electrical signal produced at the flame rod when there is a presence of combustion to enable the control system to confirm flame detection when the gas burner and boiler HVAC systems are operating. The assembly is attached between the flame rod terminal and the ignition control module through which the wire passes through the burner compartment.
