The A.J. Antunes 808000129 Thermistor Probe is equipment that measures temperature which is used in all kinds of HVAC systems, refrigerators ice makers and freezers. It is a 10-foot-long rod with a thermistor at the end of the rod. Thermistor is a resistor whose resistance changes with temperature. These changes in the value of resistance are then sensed by the HVAC control board on the system to enable it to quantify the temperature inside the unit.
