The ASCO 8016G1 Solenoid Valve is an electrically operated valve used to regulate the flow of gas, or liquid. It is a 2-way pull-type valve with a 6 W coil designed to open upon being energised to permit flow and to close upon being de-energised to prevent flow. It is installed in fuel, or fluid lines and is activated by electrical signals sent by the system controller to initiate or shut off media flow as required. It can ensure safe and coordinated operation by offering on/off control and delivery of gas or liquid to burners, heat exchangers or other components.
