Armstrong International 800-1/2-125 1/2" Inverted Bucket Trap 125 PSI

The Armstrong International 800-1/2-125 1/2” Inverted Bucket Trap is used in the removal of condensate in steam systems with up to 125 PSI pressure. This trap is based on buoyancy, where steam and condensate work in an inverted bucket to regulate the valve. While condensate accumulates in the trap the bucket descends and admits the condensate discharge whilst at the same time avoiding loss of steam. It is suitable for application in HVAC systems especially with heat exchangers and steam heating coils since it has the following advantages; energy efficiency, low heat loss, and condensate can be returned to the boiler feed water cutting on costs and improving on HVAC system performance.
