The Rheem-Ruud 70-100580-06 is a replacement for the 3-blade fan, designed to be used mainly with the HVAC systems. It has an overall length of 20” and blade angle of 22 degrees that helps air-flow, the shaft diameter is standard 1/2” fits most motors. This counter-clockwise revolving fan is crucial in your air conditioning cooling process. High speed rotation of the fan blades cause the air to be drawn through the outdoor condenser unit. This airflow takes heat from the refrigerant that has been absorbed in the condenser coils. The hot air is then expelled out and the refrigerant is left to cool to finish the cooling phase.
