The Lennox 69W55 Pressure Switch is a safety and efficiency-improving component for HVAC systems, made for two-stage work. This pressure switch protects the circuit making or breaking electrical parts dependent on pressure inside the air system about set pressure limits. Whenever the pressure drops to the low set point of 0.20 inches WC or rises to the high set point of 0.55 inches WC, it controls the heating or cooling system for its efficient functioning without possible problems resulting from incorrect pressure of the system. Used commonly in Lennox gas furnaces and air handlers, this switch holds a safety importance in stopping the system from functioning when pressure is known to be high.
