The Rheem-Ruud 61-102687-01 Thermal Expansion Valve provides appropriate flow of refrigerant to enhance the efficiency of the HVAC system. It controls the pressure by controlling the flow of refrigerant depending on the cooling requirement. This 8-ton TXV has 5/8” sweat connection, 36” capillary tube, and 24” equalizer tube for R-410A systems.
