Carrier HH22HA194 M/R Rollout Switch 190 PSI Open 150 PSI Close 55" Capillary

The Carrier HH22HA194 Rollout Switch is a safety part of Carrier furnaces. This switch has a 55” capillary tube which is used to sense temperature. The rollout switch protects the furnace from running at high temperatures. It consists of a pressure switch with spring loaded mechanism and a capillary tube with liquid or gas in it. When the furnace reaches a set temperature of 190 PSI, the liquid or gas expanding in the capillary tube pulls the switch and cuts power to the burner. The furnace will stop running to avoid mishaps like overheating and causing a lot of harm.
