Trane VAL7462 Thermal Expansion Valve 5/16X5/8" 4 Ton 36" Capillary

Trane VAL7462 is a critical component in air conditioning and refrigeration applications and is a thermal expansion valve (TXV) offering the better performance. This modulates the refrigerant flow to the evaporator coil so its correct flow as cool liquid and low-pressure gas leaves the coil. To facilitate controlled heat absorption and the general cooling of the system this has to be done. This TXV is compatible with refrigerants like R-22, and it is ideal for capacity systems of 4 tons. The valve is constructed with stainless steel and has an inlet size of 5/16” and outlet size of 5/8”.
