Rheem-Ruud 51-104303-00 1/3HP ECM (Eon) Blower Motor

The Rheem-Ruud 51-104303-00 is a high-efficiency 1/3 HP blower motor used in forced-air heating and cooling systems. Electronically Commutated Motor (ECM) technology is utilized instead of conventional PSC motors. Therefore, it employs permanent magnets together with an electronic controller to control its speed and airflow. As such, it delivers quieter operation, lower energy use, and increased duration than ordinary motors. The motor has a NEMA 48 frame size and belly band mounting which ensures that it fits various furnace models including those used for air handlers. Interestingly enough, the motor has reversible rotation as well as 4.4 amperes rating for flexibility purposes.
