The Field Controls 46636400 UVC Replacement Lamp Kit 2-Pack is used to keep air purification elements in place within ventilation equipment in HVAC systems. Every 22" lamp produces ultraviolet rays that react with the microorganisms that come in contact with the airstream interfering with their capability to multiply as air is pumped through. It is fitted in the UVC air housing with the electrical connections providing power to the lamp assembly. The lamps are placed within the air duct purification unit and offer constant exposure to ultraviolet which helps in the continued management of microbes in the airflow passage.
