Bradford White 415-47776-05 Anode Rod Magnesium

The Bradford White 415-47776-05 Magnesium Anode Rod is used in HVAC systems and comes with a 3/4” NPT connection. It is an anode rod and rusts while the steel tank of the water heater is protected from rusting and made more durable. It also plays a useful role in the protection of the tank lining especially in areas with unfavourable water conditions. These are; longer water heater life, low maintenance, and better protection against leakages due to corrosion all pointing towards a smooth hot water supply.
