Supco SLP4080 Low Pressure Switch 40 Open PSI (CUT-OUT) 80 Close PSI (CUT-IN)

The Supco SLP4080 Low Pressure Switch is a sensor used to measure the refrigerant pressure on the low side of air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment in HVAC systems. It is mounted in the suction line and opens the circuit of control when the pressure is less than 40 PSI to prevent damage to the compressor because of low refrigerant conditions and closes when the pressure goes up to 80 PSI. To ensure the proper operation of the system in this switch, pressure should be kept within the safe limits.
