Xylem-Hoffman Specialty 402436 Pressure Reducing Main Valve 1/2" NPT Normal Port 2100 Series

The Xylem-Hoffman Specialty 402436 Pressure Reducing Main Valve is designed to provide accurate pressure regulation and stability for HVAC system applications. This 2100 Series valve with a normal port connection is designed for 1/2” NPT and can regulate the pressure downstream while the pressure upstream changes. It work by detecting the downstream pressure and then changing the position of the valve to lower the pressure and maintain safe operation. It is widely applied in steam and hydronic heating systems to protect equipment and prolong their service life by avoiding overpressure.
