Lennox 23W26 40-25 Low Pressure Switch

The Lennox 23W26 40-25 Low-Pressure Switch is an application used in HVAC systems to control the refrigerant pressure. This switch is used to identify low pressure within the refrigerant system and is compatible with a number of Lennox air conditioning and heat pump products. When the pressure drops below a certain point normally between 40 and 25 psi the switch cuts off the circuit to prevent the compressor from operating. This operation helps to protect the system from damages resulting from low refrigerant such as compressor overheating, frozen up evaporator coil.
