Honeywell 312471 13" Spring Actuator 4-11 PSI MP953A/C

The Honeywell 312471 13-inch spring actuator is intended for use with other Honeywell dampers including the MP953A/C. This actuator used spring force for the reliable and consistent operation of the damper actuation. The range of 4-11 PSI of force in the spring of the damper enables variable force depending on the size of the damper and its usage. When air pressure is applied to the actuator it overcomes the force of the spring and opens the damper blade to its full position. When the air pressure is released the spring force put the damper back into the closed position. This simple and effective mechanism guarantees the stability of the damper operations.
