The Rheem-Ruud 61-102211-07 is an essentialpart of the equation for correct cooling in residential and commercial air conditioning. This thermal expansion valve (TXV) controls the amount of refrigerant allowed into the evaporator in order to maximize cooling. Specifically, it is made for 2-ton systems and R-410A refrigerant, and possesses a 3/8" inlet/outlet and a 30” capillary tube.
