Rheem-Ruud 61-106238-35 3-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve(TxV) R-22 3/8"X3/8" 30" Cap

The Rheem-Ruud 61-106238-35 Thermal Expansion Valve is a refrigerant control device intended for use in HVAC systems to control the flow of refrigerants in order to ensure better performance and efficiency. This TXV is designed to accommodate medium sized air conditioning systems and comes with a 3-ton capability and for the R-22 refrigerant. On the valve, the capillary length is 30” while the equalizer length is 7-1/4” to enable strict control of the refrigerant. It has a 3/8” x 3/8” size which enables it to fit most standard HVAC parts. For the external equalizer connection a 1/8” sweat O. D. is used, which is safe and has a well locking system. Through controlling the flow of the refrigerant, this kind of TXV ensures that the right temperature as well as pressure is maintained well within the system.
