The Sporlan Controls 108624 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) is a high performance product for controlling the refrigerant flow in HVAC systems. In addition to this, it is designed with a thermal sensing element that allows it to control the refrigerant flow according to the heat load of the evaporator to ensure appropriate superheat control. It has ODF connection sizes of 3/8” inlet and 1/2” outlet, and is suitable for HVAC systems with capacities of 1-1/4 to 2 tons. Its 30-inch capillary tube allows easy connection in different system orientations. The TXV is mainly applied in air conditioning, heat pumps, and refrigeration equipment to enhance energy efficiency and stability of cooling.
