Trane VAL7747 Thermal Expansion Valve 3/8 X 1/2 R-22 5Ton

The Trane VAL7747 is a Thermal Expansion Valve, used in the air conditioning system. A refrigerant control device for regulating the flow of coolant for optimal cooling in large residential or small commercial buildings. The TXV is in system efficiency and protection rather than being a simple on/off valve as the other valves are. By employing a long slender capillary tube of about 30” fitted with a thermal sensor bulb. The valve itself has ODF connections that are easy to install and the valve is made of stainless steel for R-22 refrigerant. It is a non-adjustable TXV, the pre-set for achieving the better performance in 5-ton capacity systems.
