The Rheem-Ruud 611059 3-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve is an essential part of HVAC systems more so the air conditioning systems and heat pumps that use R-410A refrigerant. This particular thermal expansion valve is meant to regulate the flow of the coolant to the better of its abilities for the better results.
