The Supco SLP3560 Low Pressure Switch is a vital control component that is used in HVAC systems to check the pressure in the low side of the refrigerant and ensure that the system is not exposed to conditions that may damage the compressor. It is fitted in the suction line of air conditioners, heat pumps or refrigeration equipment and switches the control circuit when the pressure decreases to 35 PSI and when it restores to 60 PSI. This is an alternate switch that prevents working under low refrigerant conditions which can lead to overheating of the HVAC appliance.
