Trane 2AYTXVH3G2436A Thermal Expansion Valve Kit 3.3 Ton R22/R407C

The Trane 2AYTXVH3G2436A is a Thermal Expansion Valve Kit for HVAC systems with R22 or R407C refrigerant. This valve plays a central role in creating a balance of refrigerant flow in this system. The TXV offers the better cooling performance by closely controlling the flow of the refrigerant into the evaporator coil. The package has a minimum of 24,000 BTU and a maximum nominal capacity of 36,000 BTU which is suitable for a 3-ton system. In particular, Trane 4Gxc and 4Mxc coils can be used with it. It is 5” long, 2.59” high, and 4.03” broad. It has an inlet of 3/4” and an exit of 7/8” and the two are joined mechanically.
