Lennox 60M61 SPST M/R Rollout Switch 290°F L290F

The Lennox 60M61 M/R Rollout Switch L290F is a temperature sensitive safety part that guards the heating system against excess heat in the burner section. When the temperature of the control circuit gets to about 290°F it closes its single-pole, single-throw contacts to break the control circuit and turn off operation to prevent unsafe conditions during use in furnaces and packaged HVAC systems. The switch is placed where the heat exposure is to be monitored and connected to the control circuit. It reacts to abnormal temperature increase and needs to be reset manually.
